Returns For Damaged Products 
If your product is found to be defective after you receive it in the mail, immediately let our staff know by sending a message with a photo of

the damaged product and we'll send you a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.

Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items that have been delivered incorrectly. To return your purchase that has shipping

damage you must take a photo of the damaged product first. This is so we can send the image to the manufacture and or shipping company

to receive compensation for the damage. 

It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs, for non-damaged products, when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable.

Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

 

Refunds
We offer a 15-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back and we'll promptly refund your money.

 

Cancellations
If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.

 

Shipping Costs
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a non-damaged product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

 

Sale Items
Sadly, we do not offer refunds on sale items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.

SHIPPING

Once our team processes your order within 3-5 business days, expect to get it within 7-15 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.
